Aircraft maintenance

Eviacorp is a stake holder in San Antonio based Aero Sky MRO and is jointly working with Colombia based MITS Aero S.A.S. on a major MRO plan.

    Eviacorp’s team came together since 2014 and over 30,000 hours of research and development for the construction and operation of a major commercial aircraft complex to be based in Mexico. In 2018, Peninsula MRO Services, SAPI de CV was incorporated in Mexico. Eviacorp has added to Peninsula through investments made in the maintenance sector.

       

        INVESTMENTS

        In 2022, Eviacorp acquired a 49% stake in Aero Sky MRO in San Antonio, a barely active commercial aircraft maintenance facility located at the San Antonio International Airport. The facility holds FAA and EASA certifications for almost all Boeing and Airbus aircraft.

         

          In 2024, Eviacorp became a stakeholder in Puerto Rico based PRAR LLC, a startup company that is positioning itself to become a sole provider of specific aircraft services in the Caribbean region.

              JOINT VENTURES

              Since 2023, Eviacorp and MITS Aero joined projects. While focused on 9-figure green field projects in Mexico, Colombia and Spain, special attention is being placed on acquiring existing businesses and the ability to begin performing maintenance immediately in existing hangars. Activities in Texas and Colombia are underway.
